I am an Owen Sound & Area Real Estate Agent, I grew up on the East Coast, just outside of Fredericton, New Brunswick. I first came to this area when I attended Bible College/Youth Camp in Woodford, Ontario, where I met my future wife, Bethany. We started to date, and I moved here. In 2012, I got a job with Community Living supporting special needs individuals.

Bethany and I married in 2013, and in 2014 I decided to go into nursing. I went to school at Georgian College here in Owen Sound and worked as a nurse at the Owen Sound hospital and a long-term care home in Meaford.
 
I have been in the business since 2019 but I always strive to raise the bar personally and professionally. Since getting into the business I have become a broker, Certified Boundarywise agent specializing in boundary, title & easement issues. I have quickly become one of the highest-reviewed agents in Grey-Bruce. I have received my master of negotiation designation through The Nature of Real Estate which only 4% of REALTORS® in Canada have achieve. I am proud to be part of a distinguished Real Estate Brand working with Century 21 In Studio Realty.I've always focused on helping people throughout my career, whether it's with special needs or in nursing. When I decided to transition into real estate in 2019, I took that passion, and I now use it to support people buying and selling homes.
 

Owen Sound and Grey-Bruce

Owen Sound and Grey-Bruce are known for their beauty, the national parks at the top of the Bruce Peninsula, the beaches, and the hiking trails. Many people have come here to retire, but we're seeing younger people come here to start a new chapter in their lives.

I love Owen Sound and the whole area in general. In Owen Sound, you've got all the amenities that larger cities would offer, but not the population or the busyness. You can get across town in 10 minutes! You’re 20 or 30 minutes away from many great beaches, and the scenery is just fantastic. There are so many wonderful hiking trails and parks and so many great schools in the area.

Since moving from the East Coast, Owen Sound and Grey-Bruce have really grown on me, and I really wouldn't want to live anywhere else because of what the area has to offer.

I represent all of Grey and Bruce Counties, but I specialize in Owen Sound, Meaford, Georgian Bluffs, Chatsworth, Shallow Lake, Wiarton, and South Bruce Peninsula.

My buying and selling philosophy

I always strive to be better, to do more and take it to the next level. I put a high emphasis on having integrity and providing an ethical service to people. I'm not interested in making a sale just so I can make money. I want people to be happy and know what they're buying. If you’re listing a home with me, I want you to walk away from the sale knowing that you got the most money possible for your home and that I provided value.

I care about connecting with my clients and developing a relationship throughout the transaction. Some of my clients have turned into good friends that I keep in touch with on a regular basis. That is my goal for everyone I work with.

I consider it like I'm investigating the home for clients and trying to find as much out about the house as I possibly can. I do as much due diligence as I can. I really want my people to be protected in every aspect of the home transaction and just to really know 100% what it is they're buying.
